We are an offshoot of the Sudbury Community First Responders Scheme and our first aiders also have extensive first aid experience.

Martin Richards (Principal) has 50 years of experience in the prehospital environment, is a CFR trainer/assessor for the East of England Ambulance service and an associate member of the College of Paramedics.

Clifford Lee (Trainer) With over 10 years First Aid experience covering large events and conventions as a volunteer, Clifford has gained valuable experience, he has served as a Rapid Response Team member with the Adastral Park Emergency Service and as a Community First Responder. Since 2012 Clifford has ventured into providing professional training and Instructing in First Aid and has recently joined the Gryphon First Aid Unit as an Instructor and Internal Verifier.

Viv Ashton (Trainer) A teacher for 15 years, Viv has been a qualified ‘First Aider at Work’ since 2000. In addition, she has volunteered for the East Anglian Ambulance Trust as a First Responder for over seven years, as well as doing public event First Aid on a voluntary and paid basis.
